Infringement Policy

At All Kansas Forms, we are committed to upholding the highest standards of content integrity and respecting intellectual property rights. We understand the importance of creative work and strive to ensure that all content on our site is used in a lawful manner. If you believe that your work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, we encourage you to let us know. Our dedicated team is here to address your concerns and take appropriate action.

Reporting Copyright Infringement

If you come across content on our site that you believe infringes upon your copyright, please contact us directly at dmca@kansastemplate.com. To help us address your concerns efficiently, we ask that you provide the following information in your notice:

  • A description of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed upon.
  • A description of where the material that you claim is infringing is located on our site, preferably with specific URLs noted.
  • Your address, telephone number, and email address, so we can reach you if we have further questions.
  • A statement by you that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  • A statement by you, made under penalty of perjury, that the above information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the copyright owner's behalf.

Our Approach

Upon receiving a valid infringement notification, our team will review your claim and take appropriate action, which may include the removal of allegedly infringing material from our site. We are committed to a fair and swift resolution of infringement claims. Rest assured, we also ensure that content creators are supported and protected as they share their works on our platform.

Counter-Notice

If you believe that your content was wrongly removed due to a mistake or misidentification of the material, you have the right to send us a counter-notice. This counter-notice should include the following:

  • Your name, address, and telephone number.
  • A description of the material that has been removed and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed.
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification of the material to be removed or disabled.
  • A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located, or if your address is outside of the United States, for any judicial district in which the service provider may be found, and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided notification of the alleged infringement.
  • Your physical or electronic signature.

Upon receipt of a valid counter-notice, we will promptly forward it to the party who submitted the original infringement notification. The content may be restored within 10 to 14 business days unless our team receives notice that the original reporting party has filed legal action seeking a court order to prevent further infringement of the content in question.

We are dedicated to conducting a fair and balanced process, respecting all parties involved. Protecting the rights of content creators while fostering an environment of creativity and innovation is paramount at All Kansas Forms. If you have any questions or need further clarification, please do not hesitate to reach out to us at dmca@kansastemplate.com.
